Technical Support Specialist
By assisting with first-tier support & guidance, your technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills will be tested daily to offer solutions to clients while providing a positive customer experience. Support will be provided for internally developed technology applications by pinpointing potential issues with Internet browser compatibility or software system problems in order to offer resolution of issues in a timely manner. Client requests are processed through phone, e-mail, and online assistance.
The role of Technical Support Specialist will require customer-focused orientation with strong decision-making & technology problem solving skills. Experience with Internet applications is required with browser and platforms knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft products preferred. Knowledge in HTML, Java, and JavaScript required. MIS or CIS related degree required.
