Our Story

At James Tower, we’ve always focused on the needs of our customers. Founded in 1993, James Tower was the inspiration of a small group of visionaries who listened to their customers and responded by offering products and solutions that solved business challenges through the use of technology and effective communication strategies.

Word got out. Prospects turned into dedicated customers. And our rapidly growing company, backed by a multi-billion dollar parent company and energized by a highly capable staff, was able to expand its offerings to better serve those customers.

We understand it's confusing to take a big picture concept and focus it into a single, practical solution. That’s why we provide our clients with a strong balance of strategy-driven account leadership and outstanding creative execution. It's in our roots.

To many people's surprise, there is no one at our company named James Tower. Our name is derived from the streets on which our first building was located - James Drive and Tower Boulevard.
