James Tower Acquires Ai Software Solutions

Dec. 1, 2005 -- James Tower, Inc., an award-winning technology and marketing solutions provider, today announced that it has acquired the RedDot content management and Web development segment ofAi Software Solutions, a technology service provider based in Omaha, Neb.

In addition to providing technology solutions to its clients, Ai Software Solutions is a Premium Partner of RedDot Solutions Corporation. RedDot is a recognized leader in content management systems (CMS) and enterprise content management systems (ECM) for mid-size organizations around the world.

RedDot's Web content management system, known in the industry for its ease of use, is browser-based and needs no client-side software. Its SmartEdit Technology enables users to create and update content on their Web site without having technical knowledge.

The acquisition of this business segment allows James Tower, already a RedDot partner, to bolster its RedDot offerings. James Tower will now be one of two Premium RedDot Partners located in the upper-Midwest with priority access to support, education, and new product releases.

Through the acquisition, James Tower will now be able to provide the bridge many small to mid-size businesses need to implement a content management solution. The hosted version of RedDot’s software reduces the amount of resources needed, making it an affordable way to get a powerful and sophisticated content management system up and running.

These acquired assets will now fall under the James Tower umbrella. The Omaha office will remain open to better serve customers in the surrounding area.
