Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)
James Tower Hosting manages IPS sensors which are placed at critical points in our hosting infrastructure and subscribes to McAfee services for updates and support. Updates are provided on average weekly, and sometimes daily depending on new attacks.  

Hercules
Hercules Enterprise Vulnerability Suite is a remediation tool that provides efficiencies for centralized management of our entire infrastructure.  Our customers can use this tool for centralized patch management, auditing/reporting, security and regulatory compliance (PCI, HIPPA).  

Hacker Safe
James Tower has partnered with Scan Alert, which offers our customers the ability to subscribe to their Hacker Safe certification.  The Hacker Safe certification allows you to display the Hacker Safe logo on your web site, which certifies that Hacker Safe has performed a daily PCI vulnerability check on your site.  If the scan is unsuccessful, they will notify you/James Tower and we will work with you to resolve the issue within 72 hours or the Hacker Safe logo will automatically be removed from your site.   

Security Consulting
James Tower has implemented security measures to be in line with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance regulations.  Our team of security experts can work with you to ensure your sites/applications meet the appropriate industry requirements.  

EMC Storage Area Network
James Tower currently offers our customers the ability to leverage our EMC Storage Area Network for backups, snapshots and disaster recovery.  Additionally, if you need a dedicated SAN we will work with you to help define your requirements and implement the right solution for your needs.  

Web Analytics & Server Monitoring/Reporting
James Tower offers high end reporting (Livestats, Fireclick, Omniture) and real-time monitoring tools (OneSight) to measure utilization and performance metrics to help you ensure your investment is maximized.
